This clerical position will provide administrative support to the Cedar City, Utah branch and assist with the daily operations of the front office. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, coordinating with the corporate office regarding sales support, shipping and receiving documentation, processing transfer shipments, and assisting with purchasing materials.
- Billing of daily sales orders that have shipped. Coordinate logistics on material transfers from the corporate branch and work on any discrepancies.
- Order entry, file and process billing. File invoices, bills and other applicable paperwork. Convert pick lists into packing lists and attach mill test reports to shipping documents. Assist with ordering of office and warehouse supplies. Assist branch manager with day to day operations.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Accurate and efficient typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets
- Minimum of 2 years of clerical or administrative experience
- Highly dependable with a strong work ethic
- Deadline-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- $ 15-19 per hour
