Landman

We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Junior Landman with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in the energy industry, develop technical expertise, and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with title research, lease analysis, and ownership verification

Support acquisition and divestiture projects through due diligence and document review

Communicate with landowners, operators, and internal teams to facilitate project progress

Maintain accurate records and reports related to leases, contracts, and agreements

Contribute to data management and organization within land systems

Qualifications:

0–3 years of experience in land, energy, or a related field

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Energy Management, Business, or related discipline)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with land systems is a plus
