We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an entry-level position.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to internal staff while assisting with general office coordination and basic technology setup when required. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with standard office computer applications.
· Provide administrative support and complete a variety of assigned tasks as required by management and staff.
· Assist with basic office technology setup, including helping staff with laptop or cellphone setup and installation of standard workplace software when needed.
· Support basic inventory coordination for office equipment, including tracking devices, assisting with procurement research, and maintaining inventory records.
· Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, suppliers, vendors, and clients via email and telephone.
· Provide general office support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
· Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
· Recent university graduate or college diploma holder, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
· Exposure to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes is considered an asset.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
· Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
· Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
