- The Administrative Assistant at HUMAN APPEAL INC will provide essential support to the organization by managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting in the coordination of office activities. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient workflow and communication within the company.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as necessary.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate office events, meetings, and conferences to ensure successful execution.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Support the HR department with recruitment tasks, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the overall goals of HUMAN APPEAL INC.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.
- Previous experience in a non-profit organization is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
