The Role
Cameco’s human resources (HR) department is looking for a talented individual to provide administrative support to our Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition team.
You will work with a number of systems including SuccessFactors, SharePoint, SAP, etc. Your technical aptitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will help you to be successful in this role.
In This Role, You Will
- Schedule job interviews with candidates, hiring managers and talent acquisition specialists.
- Administer candidate assessments.
- Post jobs on various advertising websites.
- Arrange travel for candidates and talent acquisition specialist.
- Run several reports utilizing SuccessFactors and Microsoft Excel.
- Provide administrative support for various other tasks or teams in the department.
- business or administrative diploma;
- at least three years of relevant office experience;
- equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills that adhere to corporate communication standards;
- strong attention to detail
- propensity for technology and ability to learn systems quickly; and
- proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Nitro Pro.
- SuccessFactors experience;
- advanced Microsoft Excel experience using intricate equations and pivot tables; and
- experience booking local and international travel.

This is an eight-month temporary position.
This is a hybrid work arrangement with a combination of remote and in office days. The details of this flex work arrangement will be discussed with you in the recruitment process.
