At Champion, EXCEPTIONAL is our standard. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Alpharetta, GA office.
The administrative assistant position is responsible for administering a diversity of project assignments as designated by their direct supervisor. The position serves in support of the divisional planned objectives.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
- Assist with coordinating travel, ordering supplies and marketing materials.
- Manage promotional merchandise, including ordering & inventory
- Order business cards
- Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes
- Maintain business licensing and certification requirements
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
- Maintains schedules, calendars and meetings when needed
- Coordinates deliveries i.e., FedEx, UPS, USPS, Etc.
- Sort and distribute mail
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
- Oversee general office operations, including building maintenance needs i.e. cleaning company
- Associate’s degree Preferred. HS Degree required.
- Three years’ prior experience in related role.

- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
