Administrative Assistant

About The Role

We are searching for an Administrative Assistant-Level 2 on behalf of our client. 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will providing diversified and confidential administrative support

within a highly regulated nuclear environment, applying broad experience, organizational skills, and knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations

- Interface with employees at all levels of the organization to fulfill administrative responsibilities

- Manages day-to-day office functions including scheduling, correspondence, ordering supplies, and onboarding preparation for new hires

- Enter, maintains, and issues documents within the Nuclear Asset

- Management System (NAMS)

- Support document control processes in compliance with nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements

- Assist with records management, including digitizing and archiving documentation

- Supports special projects and initiatives as directed by management

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED

- Prior experience in a nuclear, utility, or regulated industry setting helpful

- Familiarity with document control or records management systems
