The Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to field operations, assisting with communication, reporting, and coordination of daily activities.
- Provide administrative support to Production Foreman and Lease Operators
- Assist with tracking and entry of production-related data
- Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with field personnel and office staff
- Manage emails, schedules, and general office coordination
- Support multiple priorities in a fast-moving field environment
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all data entry and reporting tasks
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
- Prior administrative or clerical experience required (oil & gas preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel required)
- Experience with production data entry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a field office environment supporting operations
