Administrative Assistant

Alterra Underground is a growing Utility Construction Company, and we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mead CO

Key Responsibilities

- 811 Locate Coordination: Manage and track 811 dig tickets, ensuring all locates are requested, renewed, and cleared before field work begins.

- Compliance Management: Maintain up-to-date records for vehicle logs, safety certifications, and insurance documentation.

- Basic HR Support: Assist with on-boarding new hires, maintaining employee files, and tracking time-off requests.

- Document Control: Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure project data is easily accessible.

- General Administration: Assist leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and daily office tasks.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience with 811/One Call systems is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of compliance platforms (ex. Veriforce, ISNet, Avetta).

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and digital filing.

- A "Whatever it Takes" attitude and the ability to pivot between different types of work.

- Excellent communication skills.

What We Offer

- Hybrid remote and on-site working environment. Available regular daylight business hours

- $25-30/hr DOE, working 30-40hrs/week, schedule can be flexible
