Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

We are looking for an AP specialist to perform various accounting & clerical tasks related to Accounts Payable and Purchasing while ensuring financial accuracy, strong vendor relationships, and smooth cash-flow operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Invoice processing, payment execution, check processing, vendor management, reconciliation, support for reports, period-end closing and audits, monitor approved or rejected invoices, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

- Position will also be responsible for basic weekly payroll entry process into payroll service system (Paylocity)

Requirements

- High School Diploma/GED required.

- Accounting experience (2+ years)

- Able to reliably commute or live in Sioux Falls, SD

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Strong visual acuity in working with numbers, invoices, and totals.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Must have work experience with Microsoft Office & Excel.

- Sage Intacct software experience a plus but not required.

- Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00
