This role is responsible for ensuring all products comply with Minova standards. The incumbent will coordinate daily tasks and continual activities in the quality department. They provide support for follow up of customer issues and root cause analysis.
· Ensure own work practices and environment comply with SHES standards.
· Provide leadership to employees to ensure SHES plans and standards are understood and met.
Commercial Ownership/Creative Customer Solutions – run the business as if it's your own:
· Ensure that all internal and external quality and performance standards are met to required specifications.
· Identify opportunities for improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency.
· Provide data and input for external customer support.
· Assist with the development and implementation of ISO 9001-2015 quality system.
· Assist with internal quality control audits for ISO 9001-2015 compliance.
· Create reports of quality control tests and analyze the data to determine if any changes in the production process are necessary.
· Fulfil documentation and reporting requirements for the Quality Management System.
· Coordinate calibration of gauges, scales, and equipment in at pre-scheduled intervals.
· Develop and implement quality improvement activities and policies.
· 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably steel).
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time and occasionally sit and operate a computer.
