Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our team on-site in Williston, ND. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, including managing teams, ensuring quality control, optimizing workflows, and maintaining safety standards. The role involves coordinating supply chain and logistics, analyzing operational data to improve efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies. The successful candidate will also play a key role in supporting customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and service quality.
