We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager for our Arizona branch. The position is full-time and offers competitive wages and benefit plans upon completion of the introductory period.
The Operations Manager oversees daily branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role provides hands-on leadership across sales support, production, inventory, scheduling, and compliance while developing high-performing teams and improving operational processes. Inventory and a mechanical background is highly preferred, and roll-form experience is a plus.
Essential Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead daily operations to meet company goals for safety, quality, and profitability
- Actively coach, train and develop employees through consistent feedback and performance management
- Manages the activity of the will-call team and ensures goals are met while satisfying customer expectations.
- Oversees inventory by ensuring accurate inventory counts are reported to ensure material is in stock to satisfy customer demands.
- Ensures production schedules and inventory needs are timed to meet customer needs while controlling costs.
- Makes employee’s safety a personal priority. Ensures that safety training, rewards, and reprimands are given to employees as needed to create an industry-leading safety record.
- Manages labor costs to support branch financial performance and meet company standards.
- Enacts regulatory compliance measures in partnership with Branch Manager. Utilizes available resources to assist with Human Resources and Safety related issues.
- Actively works to improve company processes to enhance efficiency, customer service, order accuracy, profitability, and sales opportunities.
- Works Saturdays as needed for business needs.
- Hold employees accountable for performance, quality, and deadlines
- Conduct workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and labor law compliance
- Ensure meal and rest break compliance
- Communicate policy updates and provide training
- Administer coaching, training, and progressive discipline when necessary
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Initiative to take ownership, set goals, and drive continuous improvement

- Required: Minimum of two years experience in managing operations.
- Preferred: Inventory and Mechanical background.
- Must be a hands-on, boots on the ground leader.
- Safety conscious, great communication skills, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to wear many hats and be able to multitask.
- A willingness to learn and being a team member is a must.
- Must possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
