Position: Accounting Specialist with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and financial experience

Location: [Target Metal Blanking/ Target Steel] Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently

- Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and resolve any discrepancies

- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and audit records monthly

- Handle accounts receivable duties including cash receipt postings, collection calls, and reconciliations

- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues

- Process month-end close processes including bank reconciliations and financial reporting

- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies

- record weekly payroll journals

Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable roles

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
