We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute our marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales growth.
The Moove Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns, collateral, and messaging to communicate the value of our products to our target audience on multiple segments. The marketing manager will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing sales performance and marketing campaigns and making adjustments as needed to achieve the goals.
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our products/services to our target audience
2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior
3. Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning for the products/services
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the marketing plan aligns with the overall business objectives
5. Manage the execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and sponsorships
6. Track and analyze sales performance and marketing campaigns and makes adjustments to the strategy based on the results. Ability to use data and analytics to optimize the marketing strategy and improve the effectiveness of the campaigns.
7. Manage the development of marketing collateral, website content, case studies, and whitepapers
8. Provide support and training to the sales team to help them communicate the products/services effectively to the target audience
9. Manage the launch of new products/services and ensure that the launch plan is effective and meets the target audience's needs
10. Ensure that all marketing activities are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and messaging
11. Special projects and other duties/responsibilities as assigned
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a marketing managerial position, preferably in a B2B environment
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
4. Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Highly developed strong background in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Salesforce CRM, Salesforce marketing Cloud and Digital marketing channels (,social media, email marketing, and content marketing).
9. Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools
10. Sporadic travels to support regional sales meetings, customer meetings, campaigns & trade show implementations.
