ASTERRA is entering a new phase of growth and focus. To support our global expansion and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager
to join our team. This role is critical to shaping how ASTERRA tells its story- clearly, consistently, and with impact.
As the
Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager, you will own ASTERRA’s external and internal messaging across channels. You will translate complex Earth Observation and SAR-based technology into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure consistent positioning, strong brand voice, and high-quality content that supports growth, demand generation, and brand awareness.
- Own and maintain ASTERRA’s brand voice, messaging framework, and narrative across all marketing and communications assets including maintaining and updating ASTERRA’s brand guidelines
- Lead the visual brand identify of ASTERRA, managing external design agency.
- Ensure consistency across web, presentations, sales materials, PR, and partner communications.
- Plan, create, and manage high-quality content including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media, press releases, and customer-facing materials.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and field initiatives with clear, compelling messaging and content.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation to support campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
- Lead PR, media relations, website strategy and management, and thought leadership initiatives in collaboration with external agencies. Manage executive and corporate communications, including announcements, speaking engagements, and internal updates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive messaging to keep ASTERRA’s positioning sharp and differentiated.
- Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, and corporate events, including booth logistics, registrations, vendors/show services, travel and accommodation coordination, promotional items, and collateral.
- Support pre- and post-event campaigns, ensuring lead capture and delivery to the appropriate nurture flows.
- Assist in the execution of email campaigns and webinars in coordination with the Demand Generation team.

- Propagation of content- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, Content Marketing, or Brand Marketing roles, preferably in B2B/B2G SaaS, infrastructure, or technology companies.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Graphic design capabilities, including creating presentations and collateral and/or experience managing an external designer.
- Experience managing multiple external contractors to achieve marketing goals.
- Marketing automation and CRM proficiency.
- Experience in geospatial, infrastructure, climate, government, or Earth Observation domains.
- Experience supporting global or partner-led go-to-market strategies.
