Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Specialist based at our Waterdown, ON, office, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting sales efforts to drive client engagement and brand awareness. Day-to-day duties include executing marketing campaigns, analyzing data to evaluate performance, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, and ensuring alignment between marketing objectives and business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

- Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to develop and execute targeted campaigns.

- Knowledge of Sales processes and a focus on driving revenue and growth.

- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
