Position Title: Marketing Director

Base Location: SLC w/occasional travel to Lander, WY Office

Classification: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Thursday In-Office (4/10 work schedule)

Summary of Position:

The Marketing Director is the external face of Creative Energies with the main objective to generate a sufficient flow of qualified sales leads in each of our territories across Utah and Wyoming. The Marketing Director is responsible for a holistic Marketing strategy including the development of a comprehensive community outreach program, enhancing and executing our referral program, sourcing and identifying appropriate events to highlight our brand, and managing the execution of SEO, Targeted Advertising, and Social Media.

Duties:

- Create a sufficient flow of qualified leads in each of our territories across Utah and Wyoming

- Create and oversee the marketing strategic plan and budget

- Put systems in place, monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities

- Ensure a consistent amount of time is spent connecting with past, present and future CE customers through community based outreach and eventing.

- Monitor and adjust the CE referral program

- Manage and maintain the Creative Energies’ brand

- Develop creative content for website, social media, email campaigns, and events

- Use data analysis to make informed decisions and changes to the strategic plan

- Manage SEO, website, PPC etc

- Plan and execute social and ribbon-cutting events

Qualifications/Experience:

- Knowledgeable and passionate about organic/grassroots marketing

- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills

- Track record of managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously

- Growth mindset - enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude

- Outgoing presence - this team member will be out in the community interacting with our customer base and must present the CE Brand in a professional and energetic manner

Travel and Work schedule:

The Marketing Director will be based at our SLC office and will work Monday-Thursday in office from 7am-5pm. Weekend availability must be open occasionally to support community outreach and eventing. Occasional travel including out-of-state and overnight will be needed for training, team member meetings and to support Creative Energies team operations.

Reports to/Supervises and Interactions:

The Marketing Director reports to the Integrator. This position interacts closely with the sales team, project managers, accounting, company ownership and with field staff. Externally this position interacts with existing non-profit partners, existing for-profit partners, potential future partners, customers, and vendors.
