Description Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, event coordination, and brand initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement. This mid-level role is ideal for a creative and organized professional with experience in B2B/B2C marketing, digital outreach, and event planning.
Essential Duties
- Plan, promote, and execute trade shows, webinars, and customer events
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor relations, and promotional materials
- Develop and manage marketing assets including emails, landing pages, and social media content
- Track campaign performance and event ROI
- Support lead generation through email campaigns, social media, and digital outreach
- Manage internal storefront and branded merchandise orders
- Collaborate with vendors for custom marketing materials and promotional items
- Maintain inventory of marketing supplies and ensure timely distribution
- Assist with CRM data management and reporting
- Present campaign and event performance updates to stakeholders
- Support the Marketing Manager with project tracking and milestone reporting
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or brand support
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
