We are MAKRs – Our common goal, our passion, is to create global communities connected through play and social experiences. The MAKR Group is comprised of three brands: Waterplay, a global splash pad provider; Parkworks, a Western Canadian park space supplier; and Wekid Mfg., Canada’s most playfully professional steel manufacturing team.
With tens of thousands of play and park space installations worldwide, we’ve helped millions of people of all ages and abilities access fun, inviting, and “go-backable” recreation spaces. What makes us jump out of bed every morning is knowing we’re integral to creating these meaningful places, and we need people like you to help us build them!
You’re the kind of creative who sees possibilities everywhere and has the communication skills (and confidence) to bring them to life. Words, visuals, digital platforms, email campaigns… you get how they all work together, and you love putting them to work in fresh, unexpected ways.
Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven, you juggle multiple projects like it’s no big deal. Organization is your superpower, collaboration is your happy place, and building great relationships is second nature.
You inject fun into all aspects of your work and invite others to do the same. We’re a different kind of company, and we’re looking for a different kind of individual to join our team!
As MAKR’s Marketing Lead Coordinator, you’ll help bring our brand and campaigns to life through creative, data-driven, multichannel marketing. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in lead generation, promotion, and brand awareness efforts across our family of brands.
You’re someone who can turn strategy into action—planning, executing, measuring, and refining campaigns to drive meaningful results. You’re comfortable diving into metrics, crafting standout content, coordinating assets, and keeping complex initiatives organized and on track.
