AMS Renewable Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our onsite team in White Plains, NY. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, digital campaigns, content creation, and business development support within the renewable energy sector.
The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, social, and print channels, helping enhance brand visibility, support sales and recruiting efforts, and contribute to overall business growth. - Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and print channels
- Assist with social media management and content creation for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
- Help manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta), as needed
- Create written content for websites, blog posts, email communications, job postings, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice
- Design engaging visuals using Canva for digital and print materials
- Support marketing automation and campaign workflows to improve efficiency
- Conduct market and competitor research to support B2B marketing and business development initiatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights; assist with reporting
- Assist with website content updates using WordPress and basic HTML, when necessary
- Coordinate with business development and leadership on proposals, RFP materials, and promotional activities
- Help track marketing budgets and monitor expenses
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, environmental studies, or a related field (recent graduate or graduating soon)
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy
- Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and basic performance marketing concepts
- Comfortable using Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Familiarity with WordPress or website content management preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
- Internship, campus organization, or part-time experience in marketing or communications
- Exposure to B2B, renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure industries
- Interest in sales support, proposals, or technical marketing
