Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Venus, TX, requiring presence in the office (no remote work).

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Funnel Management: Develop, manage, and optimize sales funnels, incorporating CRM strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

- Brand Development: Assist in creating and maintaining a consistent brand identity that resonates with our target audience.

- Website Development: Collaborate on website updates to ensure an engaging user experience aligned with company branding and messaging.

- SEO Strategy: Implement and manage SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

- Social Media Marketing: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

- Trade Shows: Coordinate and attend 5–7 trade shows per year, including planning, logistics, and on-site support.

- Phone & System Management: Oversee and manage the company phone system and related internal systems, ensuring proper routing, functionality, updates, and coordination with internal teams or vendors as needed.

- Drone Footage Capture: Operate a company drone to capture aerial photo and video footage for marketing, promotional, and documentation purposes, in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

- Marketing Materials: Design, update, and manage brochures, sales sheets, presentations, trade show graphics, and other printed and digital marketing materials to support sales initiatives and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Optional)

- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or industrial markets

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including sales funnels, CRM integration, and branding

- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms and best practices

- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing tools and analytics software

- Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and events

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

- Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
