Position Description - Full-time | Hybrid – 3 days/week at 777 Post Oak Blvd., Houston, TX
Priority Power Is Growing Quickly, And We’re Expanding Our Marketing Team With a Marketing Coordinator Who Will Support Two Major Areas In The Department
- creation and management of on-brand marketing collateral and
- coordination of industry events and trade shows.
This is a highly organized, detail-oriented, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both creative production and logistics, and can manage multiple assignments at once with accuracy.
What You’ll Do Marketing Collateral & Design Support
- Create and customize marketing materials — including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, flyers, social media graphics, and event collateral — using existing branded templates in PowerPoint and Canva.
- Tailor materials for specific customers, industries, and sales opportunities while ensuring high-quality, on-brand visual consistency.
- Make design enhancements such as formatting, layout adjustments, chart cleanup, and visual balance improvements.
- Maintain and organize template libraries, asset folders, and version control.
- Collaborate with Sales and subject-matter experts to gather inputs and deliver polished materials quickly and accurately.
- Support additional graphic design needs for conferences, booth assets, or other marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute Priority Power’s trade shows and sponsored events — including timelines, budgets, booth assets, signage, shipping, swag, and vendor coordination.
- Manage event logistics end-to-end: inventory tracking, booth materials, registration, staffing coordination, and onsite support as needed.
- Coordinate contractors, exhibit partners, promotional vendors, and shipping providers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Support event performance tracking through lead list organization, documentation, and post-event recaps.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and subject-matter experts to ensure events and collateral align with business goals.
- Ensure all marketing materials and event assets meet brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Update and refine existing collateral when branding, messaging, or data changes.
- Support print production needs, file preparation, and vendor communication for both collateral and event deliverables.
- Contribute to improving internal processes for collateral management, event planning, and asset organization.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, design production, events, sales enablement, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience customizing marketing collateral using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or equivalent design platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, timelines, and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- High attention to detail, strong visual judgment, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to travel for events as needed.
- Graphic design experience or familiarity with tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar.
- Experience with exhibit partners, booth build-outs, or event contractors.
- Understanding of print production workflows and file preparation.
- B2B marketing experience (energy, utilities, SaaS, or professional services).
- Experience with swag sourcing or promotional material management.
