Work Location: This position is primarily based in an office environment and minimal work from home with occasional travel to field locations to support marketing initiatives and brand activities.
The Marketing Generalist supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands within the organization. This role contributes to a variety of marketing activities including campaign development, content creation, digital marketing, and brand initiatives.
Working closely with the Marketing Strategist, Social Media Strategist, and Multimedia Coordinator, the Marketing Generalist helps bring marketing ideas to life while supporting the overall growth and visibility of the company’s brands.

- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple company brands.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content for digital platforms including website updates, social media, and marketing materials.
- Contribute to marketing campaign initiatives through content creation, messaging development, and promotional materials.
- Create basic marketing graphics and visual content for digital platforms, presentations, and marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials by adhering to established brand guidelines and messaging standards.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Strategist, Social Media Strategist, and Multimedia Coordinator to support ongoing marketing initiatives and contribute new ideas.
- Assist with shared marketing team responsibilities including social media content, graphic support, communications, photography/videography support, content editing, and marketing analytics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required.
Experience:1–3 years of experience in marketing or related roles. Internship experience will be considered. Experience supporting marketing efforts in B2B, industrial, energy, or technical industries is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
