Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused retail associate to join our team in . Duties

- Assist customers with product selections and provide product demonstrations to enhance shopping experience

- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties

- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is well-organized and inviting

- Upsell products and promote store specials to increase sales opportunities

- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers and vendors

- Supervise or assist in supervising team members as needed, ensuring smooth store operations

- Conduct retail math calculations for inventory management and sales tracking

- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Participate in merchandising activities to create attractive displays that drive sales

Requirements

- Previous retail sales experience, including cashiering and stock management, is preferred

- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to retail transactions and inventory management

- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively

- Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team

- Knowledge of POS systems, upselling techniques, and product demos is beneficial

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Experience working in a grocery store or similar retail environment is advantageous

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
