Role Description

This is a full-time Marketing Specialist position, based at our office in Dundas Ontario, with an option to transition to "semi hybrid", home/office, in the near future.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, social media content management, Blogs, video and photo shoots. Media capture occurs primarily on site, so a drivers license and your own vehicle is essential. The successful candidate should be capable of researching and promoting market trends and opportunities, collaborating closely with the sales and service teams to create marketing materials, analyze campaign performance and GA4, and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal & external teams.

- Experience in Market Research to analyze trends, SEO analytics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.

- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing Strategy development, including campaign design and implementation.

- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Ability to work onsite and contribute actively to team collaborations, and social media content.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and relevant platforms is an asset.

- Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus, particularly compressed air, or gases.
