The HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing Allied Power’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Safety Management Platform (EHS Platform). This role ensures data integrity, compliance, and efficiency across HR and safety processes while serving as a key liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience with Workday and safety systems.

1. Administer, maintain, and enhance the HRIS platform (Workday) and Safety Platform (HSI).
2. Ensure system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
3. Perform accurate data entry, conduct audits, and maintain data integrity across HR and safety systems.
4. Provide technical support and training to HR team members, employees, and safety personnel.
5. Lead system-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and testing for HRIS and Safety platform.
6. Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
7. Ability to assist with other software as requested by IT or HR
8. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and safety reporting requirements.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
1. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Workday experience required; prior Workday implementation experience preferred
3. Experience managing safety platforms (HSI or similar)
4. Familiarity with HRIS and safety system software (e.g., Workday, Points North, HSI, OneSource Virtual, etc.)
