JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Execute various aspects of planning, development, testing, implementation, customer reporting, and user support for the HRIS system.

- Configure the HRIS system to enforce security access to data.

- Analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot the HRIS system and related HR applications.

- Recommend business process improvements with an HRIS component and participate in implementation teams for business process changes.

- Design new features and configurations for the HRIS system and implement design and configuration changes.

- Evaluate system performance using standard testing methodologies and apply updates across the entire network.

- Perform testing activities for system upgrades and new enhancement rollouts.

- Identify development requests and production issues and manage resolution from an HR perspective.

- Lead projects impacting data maintenance on the HRIS, including mass updates.

- Plan and develop analyses, reports, and presentations.

- Ensure information is accessible, reliable, and secure for HR professionals.

- Works under general supervision and collaborates with HR team members to continually update, secure, and manage the HRIS system.

- Identify training needs of end users and develop and provide necessary training.

- Regular attendance at the worksite or assigned work location.

- Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS


Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology required.

- Minimum of five (5) years of HRIS or related HR experience required.

- Experience with Workday preferred.

- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.

- Ability to research and resolve complex issues independently.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude that foster effective relationships.

- Strong customer-service orientation and collaborative mindset.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.

- Ability to conduct complex analysis.

- Ability to work independently under general supervision.

- Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively.

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, and weekends as required.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to lift, push, or pull objects of various dimensions up to 30 lbs. of weight occasionally.

- Ability to perform primarily sedentary work and tolerate prolonged standing, sitting, and walking.

- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as typing and data entry using a keyboard and mouse.

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
