Location: Houston, TX 77041 Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support our team and ensure smooth office operations. You will handle administrative tasks, recordkeeping, and assist staff to maintain efficiency. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Maintain and update records and databases (personnel, financial, and operational data)
- Track office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned
- Set up conference rooms for meetings
- Assist staff and management with administrative support as needed
- Perform occasional errands for the office
- Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative or office support role- Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bookkeeping experience
- Logistics or inventory experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
