We are a growing landscape maintenance and construction company seeking a reliable, organized Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional on the phone, and comfortable handling multiple administrative responsibilities.
You will be a key point of contact for customers and play an important role in keeping our scheduling, payroll, and office operations running smoothly.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Schedule jobs, estimates, and crew assignments
- Maintain and update daily/weekly work schedules
- Assist with payroll processing (hours tracking, data entry, coordination)
- Manage emails, customer follow-ups, and basic correspondence
- Organize job records, invoices, and office documents
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse workplaces
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly
