Continual Energy Inc. deploys cutting-edge, specialized energy solutions for buildings. We are currently looking for an individual to support our teams with tasks relating to office management and administration in coordination with our talented team of nearly 150+ employees across multiple locations working to implement award-winning energy savings projects for our valued clients.
Report directly to multiple executives for assistance with tasks such as, but not limited to:
- Provide support for planning company events.
- Support internal company culture and team building.
- Coordinating food or reservations for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for company events.
- Registration of company team members for training and events.
- Organization and booking for business travel.
- Processing of expenses and expense reports.
- Support for accounting and invoicing.
- Procurement and distribution of company uniforms.
- Assist with asset management and tracking.
- General office and facility planning, care, and upkeep.
- Collection and delivery of mail and packages.
- Generation and ordering various forms of print media including project documentation and marketing materials.
- Order, pickup, and delivery of parts, packages, and materials to/from locations within the GTA.
- Daily office work required from Monday through Friday, with 3 days at the Brampton office and 2 days at the Head Office in Downtown Toronto.
- Occasional travel to project sites within GTA.
- Attention to fine detail with strong organizational skills.
- Handle multiple ongoing tasks across multiple office locations.
- Ability take direction from multiple executives in a fast-paced team and collaborative environment.
- Very comfortable with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Outlook.
- Accurate and efficient data entry.
- Lifting, sorting, storage, and transport of packages and supplies.
- Additional desired skills, but not required:
- Experience with industry accounting and procurement software systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems.
- Industry experience with Building Automation and Direct Digital Controls (DDC).
- Diploma, degree, certification and/or equivalent relevant experience in related field.
- Salary range $65,000 to $80,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
- Three (3) weeks of vacation.
- Ten (10) paid days off (sick days).
