Greenstone Slate Company Inc, North America’s premier manufacturer and supplier of natural slate roofing and siding products, is seeking a full-time Office Administrator for its Poultney, VT location.
- Answer phones, data entry, and assist in all aspects of branch billing process.
- Accounts Payable – review journals, and process/prepare invoices for payment.
- Perform transportation and logistics duties • Interact with customers and vendors to procure proper documentation.
- Perform numerous other branch office duties as assigned.
- Providing feedback on established systems and processes.
- Computer and data entry skills are required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks required
- The ability to multi-task must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
- Understanding of transportation and logistics procedures a plus
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and vendors.
