Environmental Stack Test Coordinator

Environmental Stack Test Coordinator role will create stack test plans for natural gas engine exhaust testing testing. This role will will work directly with midstream and upstream oil and gas customers. With clients you will create schedules of field work to meet business objectives and regulatory due dates. Along with scheduling a primary function is to research permits related to upcoming stack that to insure quality of data prepared for future steps in the testing process. Role also include submitting protocol, regulatory notification, and test plans. Job can be performed partially remote. Preference is to have at least half time in Sheridan, WY office.

Key Accountabilities

· Execute 6-3-1 week reminders for customer and related parties.

· Research permits related to upcoming jobs. Regulatory knowledge to asses test types.

· Compile various test requirements dependent on regulatory and client requirements.

· Populate various database software systems with environmental permit, facility and source data.

· Coordinate with Operations Managers to review scheduled work.

Job Requirements

· Possess exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

· Must have a technical background and strong mathematical skills.

· Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and can complete work with minimal supervision.

· Must have experience in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Database experience is a plus.

· Demonstrate ability to take initiative and responsibility beyond the minimum requirements of a job.

· Demonstrate ability to be flexible and solve problems.

Basic Qualifications

· 2-5 years of professional experience in an Environmental or Technical role.

Desirable Qualifications

· Flexible and proactive problem solver adept at achieving results in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, but also able to function effectively working independently

· Ideal candidate will have bachelor's degree from an accredited school in Science, Mathematics, or related field

· Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to grow professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
