As we launch our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) journey, we are strengthening our sustainability practices to meet the evolving expectations of our customers and partners. We are looking for a detail-oriented

to support ESG initiatives, help build and implement our ESG framework, manage customer pre-qualification platforms, and coordinate training activities, including LMS administration, in partnership with the EHSQ team.

- Establishing and maintaining internal systems to collect, organize, and manage ESG data across environmental, social, and governance areas.

- Leading the development and implementation of ESG policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks while tracking performance indicators.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data for ESG submissions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Managing customer and stakeholder submissions (e.g., EcoVadis, Avetta, ISN, Cognibox) while supporting performance score improvements.

- Partnering with Marketing and Communications to develop ESG content and ensuring accuracy while preventing greenwashing.

- Supporting LMS administration, including user management, system access, training records, and reporting within platforms such as Dayforce.

- Coordinating EHS training activities by managing learner lists, tracking attendance, and facilitating in-class and e-learning sessions.

Qualifications

To join our team:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Communications, or a related field. - You have 2+ years of experience in ESG and sustainability within an industrial company.

- You have experience with customer pre-qualification platforms (e.g., Ecovadis, Avetta, ISN, Cognibox, etc).

- You have experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System (LMS); experience with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce is an asset.

- You have strong data management and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and reporting/dashboard tools.

- You have excellent communication skills with an understanding of sustainability practices, including awareness of greenwashing.
