Customer Service Representative

Beaver Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing team!

Responsibilities

- Answering inbound customer service requests via phone

- Assisting customers with pickups, general inquiries

- Escalating calls needing more attention

- Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient routing where necessary

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree required

- Minimum two years of customer success/customer retention experience required

- Mastery level written and spoken communication, through use of word-processing programs, creating spreadsheets, writing email, and speaking on the phone

- Reliable, hard working, and motivated

- Bilingual is a plus

This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 245 Lottridge St. L8L 6W1.

The hours for this position are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Salary: $25/hour
