We are seeking a Client and Operations Manager who will oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery while also growing our customer base by building relationships with current clients and bringing in new business through regular customer engagement, site visits, and business development support.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and issue resolution
- Go out to meet with current and prospective customers to support business development
- Coordinating with other departments such as procurement and HR to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure job planning is completed (pre-job meetings, procedures, risk assessments, client requirements)
- Monitor field execution and adjust plans to support safety, quality, and schedule
- Oversee job closeout: service tickets, job reports, required documentation, and client sign-off
- Ensure staffing coverage, training, and competency development for field teams
