Knotwood USA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Phoenix facility. This role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations and managing the end-to-end supply chain, including inventory control, material planning, vendor coordination, and logistics. The Operations Manager will drive operational efficiency, ensure production alignment with business goals, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can balance strategic planning with execution.
- Manage and oversee daily manufacturing and business operations
- Own and manage supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, material flow, and logistics
- Monitor production schedules, output, and quality standards to ensure on-time and accurate fulfillment
- Optimize workflows, production processes, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, freight partners, and external service providers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance and operational scalability
- Ensure projects and production plans align with company goals, timelines, and budgets
- Supervise, train, and support operations and warehouse staff
- Implement, enforce, and continuously improve safety protocols and compliance standards
- Maintain high standards of product quality, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Strong experience in supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in data analysis, process optimization, and workflow development
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, quality control, and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency with operations, logistics, ERP, and inventory management software
- Experience in the building materials or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred- Starting salary of $100,000+, dependent on experience
