Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:

- This is a new part-time position in our Richland, WA, facility to help manage daily administrative tasks. Hours will be 7 am to 12 pm Monday through Friday.

The main duties include:

- Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.

- Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets and other documents.

- Locate and monitor discrepancies with reporting, using computers and a variety of automated systems.

- Conduct account research and analysis concerning reports.

- Interact with internal customers to resolve outstanding issues.

The pay range for this position is $22 to $24 USD per hour. Pay range for this job level is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Education and Work Experience:

- High School and Diploma or Equivalent.

- Minimum 2 years work experience in office environment.Strong Computer Skills Required.

- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
