Accounts Receivable Clerk - Mat Leave

Proline Pipe Equipment Inc. is a local company in Southeast Edmonton. We manufacture, rent and sell quality equipment and supplies to the pipeline construction industry. We are looking for an (14-month Maternity Leave Coverage).

Responsibilities:

- Accounts Receivable which includes processing sales invoicing, entering and coding deposits, collections, back up to rental AR, and various ad hoc reports

- Setting up customers and obtaining credit information regarding potential customers

- Providing credit checks as needed

- Communications with customers through email or telephone

- Providing assistance to the Accounts Payable department as needed

- Reconciling inventory

- Back up for reception

- Aid in document storage and control

- Assist in other departments as requested

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years office experience

· College Diploma / Certificate is preferred

· Experience with inventory

· Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

· Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy

· Adapt quickly and comfortably to change

· Enjoys working in a team environment

Pay: $37,440.00-$45,760.00 per year
