Role: Accounts Receivable Clerk (Contract)
Reports To: General Manager and/or Office Manager
Status: Full-time, Regular

This is a Contract role with the anticipated end date of March 1, 2026.
Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk provides general administrative and clerical support to the centre following standardized processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls.
- Accounts receivable duties.
- Billing and invoicing duties.
- Maintaining files.
- Bank deposits.
- Customer service duties.
- The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Service Titan is an asset
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Teamwork is a priority ,and the Administrator must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed.
- The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.
