- Reconcile daily paperwork related to C-Store operations
- Enter customer charges into A/R software accurately and timely
- Post customer payments and maintain account accuracy
- Reconcile daily and monthly credit card transactions
- Cross-train to serve as a backup for fuel operations
- Assist with month-end closing and customer statement processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor and customer records
- Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned
- Run light errands to the bank and post office as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
