- Oversee vendor accounts and payment schedules.

- Ensure smooth bank transactions with manager approval.

- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or GED required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.

- 5+ years experience in A/P, A/R, and general ledger.

- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience a plus.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
