Accounting Specialist

Pinnacle Petroleum has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our team! Our immediate need is for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join the Pinnacle family. This is an entry level position and we are only considering full-time applicants.

You have proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ideally, experience with Sage 100.

What’s the role?

As a critical member of our accounting team, you will be trusted with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

- Daily processing of Billing transactions

- Communicating and creating service solutions to resolve internal/external solutions

- Professional and personable correspondence with customers and suppliers

Effective communication and exemplary customer service qualities are crucial for this role. You will receive extensive cross training to develop your accounting skills and fully immerse yourself in the fuel industry.
