How You’ll Make An Impact

- Ensure compliance with all applicable external regulations and internal policies, procedures, and guidelines

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities

- Maintain safe, efficient workflows aligned with production and operational schedules

- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, and audits

- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with internal teams and external partners

- Manage warehouse budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, KPIs, and lean methodologies

- Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

- Lead, develop, and engage the warehouse team, fostering accountability, capability growth, and performance

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing warehouse or logistics operations

- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or energy-related environments

- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational improvements

- Proven people leadership skills with a strong focus on safety, engagement, and development
