As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly organized Warehouse & Logistics Manager to act as the "engine room" of our logistics program and services.

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee the storage, movement, and dispatch of heavy industrial components and construction materials. You will be responsible for maintaining 100% inventory accuracy, leading a team of unionized warehouse staff and drivers, and ensuring that our job sites never face a "work-stop" due to delivery delays.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Integrity: Lead cycle counts and audits for bulk materials (conduit, pipe, hardware) and serialized high-value assets.

- Fleet & Freight: Coordinate outbound logistics via flatbeds, low-boys, and specialized freight carriers; manage internal delivery schedules.

- Safety Leadership: Enforce strict OSHA compliance, focusing on heavy-load stacking and hazardous material storage (SDS management).

- Process Optimization: Implement lean warehouse principles to reduce "dock-to-stock" time and improve pick-and-pack efficiency.

Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years in industrial warehousing; 2+ years in a leadership role.

- Skills: Proficiency in WMS (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Sage); advanced knowledge of load securement and rigging.

- Physical/Logistical: Ability to manage outdoor yard storage as well as indoor climate-controlled zones.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
