About the Job
We’re looking for someone who can keep our inventory on lock — from ordering parts to logging invoices and making sure the shelves (and trucks) stay stocked. If you’re organized, good at following up with vendors, and don’t mind keeping things tidy and tracked, you’ll fit right in.
You will also be lead in tracking fleet vehicle and equipment maintenance which includes working with internal mechanics and outside mechanic shops.
Track everything that comes in and goes out — parts, supplies, and tools.
Order what’s needed for field and fleet work
Follow up on fleet work to make sure equipment is repaired timely
Do price checks to keep costs in line.
Keep all inventory spaces clean, labeled, and organized
Escalate immediately if a delay could mess up a repair or job.
- Experience doing inventory, purchasing, or similar work (oilfield experience is a big plus).
- Comfortable using QuickBooks and Excel/Outlook.
- Follows through — doesn’t let things fall through the cracks.
- Communicates clearly and keeps people in the loop.
- Organized, reliable, and able to stay on top of multiple moving parts.
- Monday–Friday 7am starts.
