Job Summary

Green Diamond Performance Materials is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support warehouse and plant operations by maintaining accurate inventory and organized storage systems.

This role works closely with purchasing, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure parts and materials are available to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records for parts, supplies, and spare components.

- Verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.

- Scan and enter received materials into the inventory management system.

- Organize and label warehouse shelves, bins, and project parts.

- Maintain min-max inventory levels to ensure operational reliability.

- Prepare monthly inventory reports and track inventory movement.

- Maintain records from work orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.

- Support Lean initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen in the warehouse.

- Communicate with purchasing and operations teams regarding inventory needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.35 - $26.22 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
