Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and logistics strategies. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations management, daily routing flow, and enhancing overall warehouse performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of warehouse processes, transportation management, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage daily delivery schedules within assigned regions.

- Optimize routes based on geography, timing, and customer needs.

- Manage a team of under 4 people.

- Accurately prepare orders for the next day.

- Safely operate and maintain medium-duty trucks (approx. 15 ft. box vehicles).

- Conduct quality checks on outgoing items before dispatch using a standardized inspection process.

- Perform light touch-ups or repairs to ensure products meet presentation standards.

- Receive and unload inbound shipments and verify accuracy of materials received.

- Complete all shipping, receiving, and return documentation promptly and accurately.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse and vehicle fleet.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including logistics, customer support, and sales.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, Saturdays per scheduling

- On Call

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
