Manager, Inventory & Logistics

Job Duties:

- Ordering of all inventory in the Odessa store

- Cycle counting of inventory

- Checking in and checking out equipment

- Maintaining a clean and organized inventory area

- Driving forklift to load and unload shipments

- Assisting in other inventory duties such as repair, cleaning, and stocking of vehicles

- Providing remote support to field personnel on inventory transfers

- Participate in meetings and conference calls to discuss inventory

- Manage the inventory team

- Manage the vehicle fleet for WTX including all repairs and orders

- Provide accurate inventory reports to store personnel and the Regional Manager

- Ensure that all cycle counts, verifications, and stock levels are being completed

Requirements:

- Follow all safety procedures and processes

- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word

- Knowledge of inventory processes

- General computer knowledge and ability to access ERP websites

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Organization and cleanliness

- Clean driving record

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on feet for long periods of time

- Occasionally working on call and ability to provide phone support

- Will need to work weekends and nights as needed

- Ability to work in a team environment and take instruction

- High School diploma with 2-4 years of Inventory experience
