We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-driven, and confident owning an important process that impacts every employee.
This is not a typical “answer phones” job.
We’re hiring a high-accountability front office professional who will own timekeeping accuracy and hours submission for approximately 100 employees using Paycom.
✅ You will be responsible for making sure hours are accurate, complete, coded correctly, and submitted on time — every pay period.

- Submits timekeeping accurately and on time (every pay period)
- Catches issues early (missing time, wrong job codes, exceptions, overtime questions, etc.)
- Follows up consistently and professionally until problems are corrected
- Maintains clean documentation and audit-ready records
- Communicates clearly with supervisors and field crews
- Keeps the front office professional and organized
- Collect, review, verify, and submit timekeeping for ~100 employees in Paycom
- Track missing time, incorrect punches, job codes, and exceptions
- Communicate with foremen/supervisors/employees to correct time issues prior to deadlines
- Maintain accurate logs and supporting documentation
- Help reduce recurring timekeeping issues by improving compliance and process
- Answer phones and greet visitors professionally
- Route calls and requests to the correct person
- Support basic office admin: scanning, filing, organizing documents, tracking tasks
- Assist with office coordination and communication as needed
